Value Plan 1 Ideal for those who would like an inexpensive "guaranteed Plan includes:

Value Plus 2 This plan is for those who are in good health and would prefer higher levels of coverage (Medically Underwritten) or if you are converting from a previous group plan within 60 days of its’ termination. Pre-existing conditions are covered subject to policy wordings and exclusions. Plan includes:

Business Value Plan 3 For INDIVIDUALS who need full coverages: Medically underwritten Health, Dental, Out of Province/Country Medical, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Life & Long Term Disability, Estate Vault. Plan includes:

Prices:
The cost for each benefits plan is dependent on age, where you live, and who you want covered (single, couple or family). As an example, here are the general numbers for SINGLE coverage:
Value Plan 1: $60 to $85 per month
Value Plus 2: $75 to $110 per month
Business Value 3: $130 to $160 per month

How to Apply
